4. Payment & Shipping

Payment Deadlines

Payment is due within 7 days of the auction. We accept Wire Transfer, Check, and Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover). Credit card payments incur a 2.9% processing surcharge.

Shipping Logistics

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Fabyle does not have an in-house shipping department but will provide a list of recommended third-party shippers. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is picked up by your designated carrier.

Storage Fees: Items not collected within 35 days of the auction will incur a storage fee of $10 per day.

5. Conditions of Sale

All property is sold "AS IS". We do not accept returns based on condition, wear, or frame damage. The only exception is for a genuine authenticity error proven by a recognized expert within 35 days of the sale.
